Of course I'm still doing this. Already one week into month 2.
You all disappoint me.
Today was day 13 out of 90, legs and back.
I'm starting to notice that my chair assistance for pull-ups is starting to decrease, like I can definitely feel my back working, which is what I've been trying so hard to do when I started the program. Legs are getting somewhat stronger too.
Tomorrow is Kenpo X, but since the DVD is kinda **** right now, I might have to come up with something else to do then.
I can fit into my favorite pair of dress pants again. (33x34) Very excite

started jogging on a treadmill every odd day or so
went on the scale yesterday, saw I'm 163 lb.. but then the next day the scale showed I'm still at 160
I ain't ever gonna get 170 at this rate
