It's because of the GameGaurd, it blocks outside programs. You are using Joy2Key right?
Move to MapleSEA. :3 They don't have GameGaurd.

Why did Maple change things so my gamepad does not work?
It was working fine after the patch v.13
But this morning when I logged on to play I guess the gameguard updated something that blocked my gamepad. I verified with others using gamepads and they also had the same problem.
We do not use it to hack or to autoclick or anything like that...
It is simply more fun! We live in the year 2005.
Do they not realize that playing a game as cool as Maple Story should not be limited to the keyboard. We grew up on Nintendo and games with gamepads.
The ability to use a gamepad should be included in the game.
Should we all write Maple and request a gamepad option?
