Personally, I think that V2 looks best.
The hand is hard to see in both, meanwhile the sharpen effect on V1 has highlighted borders and areas which were best left alone. It brings more attention to the background, and steals some of the attention, as it were, away from the picture.
I've never liked sharpen simply because it always seems to do this, it has to be used very sparingly.
