    Default mg for cleric

ok so i have my ice lighting mage which i maxed out mg... so when i get hit by a viking or squid or sumthing my hp is still pretty high... now ive read faqs that tell you that clerics should max mg... but is that really a good idea...? i mean i think taking it to level 11 which is about 50% of damage would do fine. I am making a cleric in windia and im going to try this... when u get hit as a cleric u can just heal ur hp right back up... so wouldnt higher mg just waste mp pots...? well tell me if anyone agrees.
i dont know if people already do this but im just wondering if it would work
i plan to do this and save the 9 points incase it dosent work.

There are threads on this in the wizard section.

Basically, even priest/clerics max magic guard for boss fights. Rarely (read - almost never) will a cleric/priest be using magic guard to actually train.

cleric builds are there. also in the future place mage questions in the mage section of the hunting grounds.
