people normally get it to at least 90% stun, which is sufficient. most people have more points to dump somewhere though, and they usually get 21 hawk which i believe has 95% stun. 29 hawk is just...lame. i mean, 99% stun. thats a 4% stun, and it requires 8 SP. totally not worth it.

21 because its 95% stun. thats the main reeason why people stop. 90% seems too little. 8 points for 4% seems too much. so stop at 21, for 95% stun. just right.
anyway, you shouldnt have enough points to max hawk unless you are a sniper with 21 blizzard.
