Omega sector shop

Is there a shop to recharge potions and stuff in omega sector?
I can't seem to find it.

yes, its in the database, and the pots are cheaper than the VIC ones

There is. It is in the Silo. Go near General Maestro then into the portal. Then there are numbers which are doors.

Its in the Silo. To get there.....go to the HQ....and press up on the door that says "3". Once you get into the Silo, jump down a little and talk to the Pepper girl (I forgot her name). She'll sell you the potions....^_^

Go to the gates next to General mastro.
Then, go in one of the numbers, 1,2,3. I'mnot sure which one is closer.
Then talk to Dr.Pepper. O_O
