    i hate dial up too. i have cable internet...but my cable has been going down on me..time to call my provider and complain D:

    Wow im surprized how many relies i had I never even checked it after I posted it We pay $20NZD (New Zealand) For Unlimited Dial up My Gramps just got Broadband Guess ill be campinghtere for a while

    I'm dialup. I don't really have much of a lag problem. In an empty field, I can pick up items pretty quickly, even. Just loaded fields that get me ruined.

    Like how my L47|80% ice mage became an L47|66% ice mage because twice in one night magic guard drops, immediately a fire drake spawns on top of me and knocks me into a second, and my potion drop doesn't register because its effect was lagged.


    If you're having connection problems, it could be your modem or the drivers. I'm using a serial external, and it works a lot better than internal ones did. I had a lot of connection problems in CS:S before, but it's almost playble with a real modem.
