Final Attack is useless because it does not work with 3rd job skills.

This is a stupid idea. Final Attack does not work with your 3rd job skills and that is a good thing. You do NOT want FA coming out while you shoot Strafe. Why on Maple Island would you want to switch to a pistol (Final Attack) halfway while shooting a machinegun (Strafe)? Or why would you want FA coming out when you use Arrow Rain? Shoot what? Air?

Huh? Explaining why it's better that FA doesn't work with 3rd job skills doesn't make FA useful, in fact, it only confirms it's uselessness (post third job). FA not working with 3rd job skills is still a valid con.

Yes, yes, but that's not what I'm getting at. You said the statement "Final Attack is useless because it does not work with 3rd job skills" is a stupid one. While FA serves its purpose in 2nd job, the fact of the matter is that is IS useless after attaining 3rd job. Upping skills that will help you throughout your entire career (inferior as they may be to FA in 2nd job), as opposed to upping a skill that helps you get to third job faster isn't "stupid," and is good reasoning for skipping FA. It's not something you shouldn't listen to.

Upping skills that will help you throughout your entire career, as opposed to upping a skill that helps you get to third job faster isn't "stupid."

You seem to think that I'm trying to say not to get FA. The only point I'm trying to get across is that it isn't stupid to skip FA because it doesn't work in 3rd Jobs. But to answer your question, the time it takes to get from 1-70 can't even begin to be compared to the time it takes to get from 70-120. Seriously, even someone that only plays for say, 3 hours a day, should be able to get to 70 in a couple months (assuming they play correctly when on), and that's without 2x EXP cards. It's simply more logical to opt for a skill that helps you in both 2nd and 3rd Job, since both are easily achievable even with a hectic "non-Maple Story based" schedule, regardless of if you get FA or not. Also, if Dragon Pulse is nerfed to not do 100% KB at level 1 (likely, since it's Wizet and all), then that would be at least at least 10-20 more levels before you get it to a decent level, assuming you follow the cookie cutter build and get Critical Hope first.

Since it's in Beta, it's being modified rather often. In the video I saw there was no charge time (FYI, Dragon Soul is the one that you charge, the Crossbow exclusive one), and by the looks of it it hits about the same amount of enemies that Arrow Bomb and Iron Arrow hit, 6.

At max Dragon Pulse has minimum range, no charge time (never had a charge time after it was totally revamped) and 100% Knock-back, unless nerfed has pso kik said.

Hmmm I would say it will be less kb and chare time at level 1. Pkb will still be useful to mobs maybe?
