I heard that FA people mobs monster 2x slower then fa-less people because the fa ppl have to jump often to negate fa, is it true?

That is true. But then there is no point getting FA if you are just going to keep negating it.

And I also heard that FA activated with every skills except strafe and hurricane.

No. The only skills FA activated with are Double Shot, Arrow BLow, Arrow Bomb and Iron Arrow.

FA now works with strafe. I'm not sure if it works with inferno or arrow rain I can't tell cause of all the damage overlapping.

I thought it worked with Hurricane, I remember a thread of a screeen shot with a random extra red arrow coming out mid Hurricane.

At this stage in time Final Attack works with Arrow Blow, Double Shot, Bomb Arrow, Iron Arrow, Strafe, and Hurricane.

It also has no animation, meaning it does nothing BUT add extra damage. Final Attack is a must now.
