MSGlobal installation issues

okay I just got done uninstalling maplesea because the pick up speed was too slow x.x. So I downloaded mapleglobal again, but when I install it, first thing is, the "agree to varifacation" page thing that lists all the laws and crap is complely blank. And when I start installing NOTHING happens, I left it for 20 minutes and there no progress. So I tried redownloading, same thing. Tried restarting my computer, same thing. This is really starting to annoy me >.>.
