3k is enough to start a HP warrior
But.. If u wanna lvl fast here i what to do

scroll a WG wit 100% for acc. so u can mob ribbon pigs for quicker exp and easy job adv.
buy a bunch of solid horns to get u to lvl 15
put all ur pts in HP after u get max HP then max slash blast for faster traiing
