Why doesn't my avatar do its animation? Here is the link to it to see what it should look like...am I sunk?

Avatar's have a file size limit of 11.7kb, and a size limit of 80x80. Yours checks in at 24.9kb and 100x100

I can't seem to resize it without killing the animation effect.

You'd need to edit it in image ready or something that supports animation. Photoshop will just change your animation to layers or simply flatten it.

just go into image ready and make each slide to fit the required maximum size.
