Oh, now I know the whole story. The guy who plays on Tiger got banned for charging fraudulent NX, but it wasn't really him, it was some other guy on his account. This other guy got on his account using the exploit on Nexon's website, and now Tiger's hired a lawyer to look at his case.

If the person sharing the account committed fraud, too damn bad and he doesn't have a leg to stand on in court. If I were the judge, I would laugh my ass off and find him in contempt of court.
