Try downloading FRAPS or something if the solutions above don't work. And the bottom line is JPEG/JPG is not good compared to others like PNG, etc.
I doubt Sneakman is as skilled in english as your assuming. We knew what he meant. Please do not correct him over such a small thing.
She means if you're using a Logitech keyboard. There is a F button for switching between standard F keys (F1, F2, F3, etc.) and enhanced F keys such as A, B, C, D, Word, Excel, Scrl Lk, etc. The standard F keys has black letters while the enhanced has white letters/pictures.
