Things to include when you ask for help.
As anyone in the land of techie can tell you, asking for help with an error and not giving any infomation with the request is really quite ****ing annoying. Please make everyones life easy and post these when you ask for help:
- Operating system. Most likely Windows XP
- Internet speed and network type
- Maple version and latest patch. example: GMS V0.33
- CPU speed, RAM and hard drive size. You can get all this from typing "dxdiag" in the run box.
- Anti-virus and firewall. Norton, avg, etc.
- Error message. CODE WILL NOT CUT IT PEOPLE! TYPE OUT THE DAMN MESSAGE!
- Any other infomation that could possibly help in anyway. At all.
Obviously use your head with this: If notepad isn't saving we don't need maple version or internet speed. However this is the bare minimum for a maple or gamegaurd issue.
