What happens when you use arrow rain or arrow eqruption without soul arrow?

But it reality, it isn't really an issue since we are practically using just soul arrow at that time.

But I thought all the archer attacking skills can be used even with just plain arrows.Or am I wrong?=O

The person is just asking how many arrows one would end up using if they didn't have Soul Arrow activated.

You would be using a lot of arrows. So many that nobody ever tries it. You'd run out of arrows in the blink of an eye.
