Yah, I'm actually quite thin. I've tried numerous weight-gaining diets and crap but none have really worked. I'm about to start a 10 week program with proteins, supplements, excercise and what not. It's supposed to give me around 8lbs of muscle in that 10 week span.

that waffle was leftover from my grandma's breakfast the day before. but yes you pretty much guessed it^^ you just one a year supply of the stuff... which you're donating to the "get satsu fat" foundation.
