he bought **** load of nx cash(or might just of been money....worth 250million mesos, and the guy sent him 0.01 usd...so he goes and talks to nxjoe...and says " well i was selling mesos to this guy and he only sent me 1 cent".....so he asked paypal if it was a mistake and it was NOT a mistake....So i belive nxjoe banned him....you dont go to a gm and ask if you fix a UNlegal act.....
