Just dex and luck, unless you want to be a str bandit, in which case, you would just put enough points into str to use those daggers.

For a typical luck bandit, just put
str - 4/5
int - 4/5
dex = twice your level (ie. lvl 30 would hav 60 dex)
luck = everything else
