That's right. Also, if you do 19 mastery first instead of 20, you'll have a 6-hit SB earlier.
It's generally agreed you should do savage blow and mastery before haste. I personally prefer to take 1 point of mastery at level 30, max savage blow from 31-40, and get mastery to 19 from 41-46.

A sindit? Then if you don't have Double stab, take Savage Blow first, no questions asked. Mastery won't do you any good without another dagger attack skill.Originally Posted by halo111a
