Because more points into SA and Booster only add duration. So they prefer to recast those spells more in exchange for getting PKB sooner.
And PKB isn't rubbish, there is a trend in MS to mark all non-essential skills as bad skills, wich isn't true. For example lvl65+ Crossbowmen can train at FoG, but lvl65+ Sins can't unless they have really high damage. Why? PKB. Crossbowmen can knock back the mix golems if they spwan too close, but sins need to find an open spot to attack.

Well Heres the Final Stats to my second job skills.........
Master = 19
Booster = 20 (Maxed)
Soul Arrow = 20 (Maxed)
Knock Back = 20 or 30 not sure but.... (Maxed)
Arrow Bomb = 30 (Maxed)

you should get 20 mastery not 19 because 4th job mastery requires 2nd job to be maxed out. And PKB is 20.

the points left add into "The Blessing of Amazon" till MAX and add the other leftovers into "Focus"

Well, I'd say that's an okay build, but I have two comments:

1) Ow ... the colors ... they hurt my eyes.
2) Blessing of the Amazon is inferior to Focus. Bowman already have enough accuracy considering our natural dex, our scrolls all adding accuracy or more dex, and weapons coming with extra accuracy as well. You shouldn't use Blessing of the Amazon for the accuracy boost, you should use Focus for the EVADE boost.

Basically you want everything maxed out apart from FA and blessing.

I love it when people try and convert the assassin build for 1st job to the bowman build. lol.

Anyways, I'm following the same build as Elitemage.
