Sorry I took so long, here it is
Chapter 4: Going into Hypersleep Warning: Some what sexual content
The sun's rays shine upon my eyes, burning them to the point I open them and wake up. I looked at my alarm clock, it read 6:35 AM. I got off my bed and went to the kitchen to see Ivy cooking breakfast.
Mat: Mmm...smells good.
Ivy: A good morning would do?
Mat: Where are my manners? Good morning. Now...where's the bathroom?
Ivy: Down the hall, fourth door to the your left.
Mat: Good, I need to take a...
Ivy: I'm cooking here!!!
I walk to the fourth door and open it. I turn on the sink and washed my face with cold water to wake me up. I grabbed a towel to dry my face. Then I heard moans?
Ivy: Hey Mat, whatch out in the bathroom, there's som...
Mat: SWEETZOMBIEJESUSOMFGWTFBBQ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ivy:...too late.
I rush out of the bathroom with my heart beating faster than a race horse on steroids.
Mat: Who the **** is that!
Ivy: Remember the surprise...and the note.
Mat: That's K...
Ivy: Shh, he's still sleeping.
We walked in the bathroom quietly and opened the shower curtain. There he was, sleeping in the bath tub, using his jacket as his pillow and his pants as his sheets.
Mat: Man, that's just wrong Ivy.
Ivy grins. She places her hand on the faucet with a "C" on it. She turns it and stepped back a few paces.
Kira: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!
The both of us started laughing until our gut hurt. I turned off the water because I couldn't see Kira suffering anymore...even though it was funny. I throw Kira a towel.
Mat: Good morning Kira. Ivy is making breakfast, so wash up and...wait, nevermind, just put some clothes on.
Kira: *groan*
It took five minutes for Kira to dry himself up and get dressed. He sat down at the table, pissed.
Mat: Hey Kira, this wasn't my idea.
Kira: I know.
He shaked his head like a wet dog, splashing sprinkles of water everywhere, including me. Ivy brings the breakfast to the table: Ramen with egg in it. I grab my chopsticks and begin to slurp the noodles into my mouth.
Ivy: Kira, are you mad at me?
Kira: What do you think?
Ivy brought out her lower lip .
Ivy: I'm sowwy Kira, I pwomise I won't do such a tewwible thing evuw again.
Kira: Not gonna work this time.
He grabbed his chopsticks and begin slurping the noodles unitl there was nothing but liquid.
Ivy: *sigh* I can't believe I'm doing this. Mathew, look away.
Mat: Why?
Ivy: Just do it.
I cover my face with my hands, peeking through my hands. I see Ivy lift up her shirt and Kira's jaw wide open, with a minor nose bleed.
Ivy: So how were they?
Kira: They were gorgeous! Such art sculpted by god.
Ivy: So...we're even now?
Kira: *sniff* Forgot the incident ever happened. Pass me a napkin Mat.
I pass Kira a napkin. He wiped his nose with it.
Ivy: Seriously, we need to concentrate here. We saw Brieana yesterday...
Kira: Was she hot?
Mat: Aren't you a little to old for her?
Kira: Jeez, it was a joke.
Ivy: Last night I pre-ordered 3 player's pods yesterday. The bill came up to 600$.
Kira&Mat: WHAT!!!
Ivy: 200$ a piece isn't bad. Over at Japan, it's 2000$ a piece.
Kira: I thought they were banned in Japan.
Ivy: I may have been snooping around... in the black market.
Mat: And here I thought you were a good wittle girl.
Ivy: Please let's get back to the subject. They will arrive later at 5:00 PM. Mathew, you need to somehow convince Brieana to play MS with us. We already know she has an account.
Mat: Got it, I'll smooth talk her somehow.
Ivy: Good, now we need to make our accounts. Mathew's was already made, and I already have one. Kira, you need to make one.
Kira: Sure, make my ID xXKiraYamatoXx.
Ivy: Ok, your password.
Kira: Hmm, make mine eagleeye
Ivy: Okay, now you're soft key password. It's only 4 numbers.
Kira: 6162
Ivy: Got it, I'll make it for you later. So what jobs are you going to get?
Mat: I already chose to be a warrior.
Ivy: I already have a Ranger, but I'll have to start over for you guys, so I'll go the bowman way. What about you Kira.
Kira: From what I remembered, I was interested in being a theif.
Ivy: Perfect. I won't explain the 2nd jobs yet. Mat, I've already registered you to Miami High, the school Brieana goes to.
Mat: What if we don't get the same classes?
Ivy: You two are juniors, you're bound to get a class with her. School starts in an hour, so get going.
Mat: But I don't know...
Ivy: Just follow the kids, it's very near by. You can't miss it.
Mat: Ooookay. Bye.
I leave the apartment and got out of my apartment complex. I was walking down before Ivy stopped me.
Ivy: Forgot your keys to the apartment.
Mat: Oh, thanks.
I waved good bye at her as she ran in the building. I walked around to find nobody walking. I couldn't find anybody, until...
???: Hello.
I turned around to see Brieana.
Mat: Hey, how's it going.
Brieana: Thanks to you, good.
Mat: Do you know how to get to the school Brieana?
Brieana: Yes I do, and call me Bre for short.
Mat: Sure, just call me Mat, okay.
Bre: Sure, now follow me.
I follow her, realizing that I was going the wrong way to begin with. It didn't take very long to get to the high school.
Bre: Here we are. I'll probably see you around.
Mat: Okay, bye.
She walked off into the school's crowd. At least I'm sort of friends with her, that's a start. I turned off my phone cause it wasn't allowed in Japan, so it should be the same here.
(Author's note: I'm not really going to explain about when he goes to school every time, just the important parts.)
Lunch time came. I didn't talk much during my classes, not at all actually. I was in the lunch line getting my lunch. I leave the line with my food to find no where to sit. As I walk around, I see all the tables full...exept for one sort of an empty one. Bre sat there, by herself. I walk by and sat infront of her.
Mat: Hello there.
She looked up, then looked back down.
Mat: What's wrong?
Bre: Why are you here?
Mat: Beacause you're the only person I know at this school.
Bre: Shouldn't you be making friends who play MS?
Mat: Is MapleStory taken seriously in this school?
Bre: Ever since the invention of the Player's Pod, everyone has been addicted to the game. I've been a loner surrounded with stuck-ups.
Mat: Please be honest with me...do you have an account?
Bre: You want the weapon, just like the rest of them?
Mat: What weapon?
Bre: You're joking?
Mat: Not at all. Why?
Bre: People only pester me because I have this weapon.
Mat: I'm guessing this is important, so tell me later when you play?
Bre: Play?
Mat: My guardians play MS as well, we wanted to play with you, is that okay?
Bre: Why me?
Mat: Like you're telling me, you're not so stuck up like most players here, and I want to learn about the weapon.
Bre: You do have a player's pod, right?
Mat: I'm getting mine this afternoon at 5.
Bre: Ok, then here.
She gives me a piece of paper with number on it.
Bre: It's my number. Call me when you get it, okay? Oh, and I hope you know, I'm only a beginner.
Mat: That's okay, so am I?
The bell rang.
Bre: That's our cue to go home, call me when you get your pod.
Mat: Ok, bye.
She waves back and leaves. I look at my phone, it was only 3:00. I figured the only way I could pass time was to go back home. I tried to remember the path she went through to get home. Took me at least 10 minutes, but I finally found it. I open the door and walk in to see 3 huge capsules in the living room.
Ivy: Welcome back.
Mat: Hi, it's not 5 yet.
Ivy: Lucky us, it came even earlier. Kira is connecting the wireless internet. Good thing this pod has unlimited energy.
Mat: How!?
Ivy: The Pod runs on your mental energy. Thus, it only works when you're in it.
Kira: I got the wifi connected. *achoo*
Ivy: He got sick through out the day.
Kira: *sniff* Thanks to...*achoo* you.
Ivy: Go take some medicine. We're about to play.
Kira: Fine. *sniff*
Ivy: So...did she...
Mat: She's going to, I just need to call her.
I dialed the numbers on the peice of paper and called. She answered it.
Bre: Hello?
Mat: Hey, it's me.
Bre: Hi!
Mat: We got our pods earlier, so we're gonna play right now.
Bre: Okay, I'll meet you there.
She hanged up.
Mat: Alright! Let's play...so how does this work?
Ivy pushed a button and the pods open up.
Mat: Hey Kira, this is like we're gonna get frozen for the future.
Kira: Oooooooooooooo weeeeeeeeeeeee ooooooooooooooooo.
Ivy: Stop playing around and lay down. The pod will explain to you every step, so don't mess up.
The three of us lay down, then the pod closed it self automatically. A screen appeared infront of me.
Voice: Welcome to the Player's Pod. Please state the MMORPG you wish to play.
Mat: MapleStory.
Voice: Warning! Once you pick a MMORPG, this pod will register to play that game only and you cannot change. Is MapleStory your final answer?
Mat: Yes.
The screen changed to the MapleStory log in screen.
Voice: Welcome to MapleStory. Please spell out your Login ID.
Mat: Capital K, capital, H, m, a, s, t, a.
Voice: Please spell out your Password.
Mat: k, e, y, b, l, a, d, e.
Voice: Would you like us to remember the the Login ID.
Mat: Uhh...yes I guess.
Voice: Please enter the Soft Keyboard Password.
A tiny keypad with numbers appeared infront of me. I pushed 1, 3, 3, 7.
Voice: Please select your character.
Mat: I want to make a new character.
Voice: You may.
The screen got bigger, showing me a screen with a character, a box with STR, DEX, INT, LUK, and numbers next to it.
Ivy: Mat!
Mat: Huh.
Another screen appeared with Ivy's face. Kira appeared as well.
Ivy: Sorry, I forgot to mention, you should listen too Kira.
Kira: I'm listening.
Ivy: They kept the dice system. The dice system randomly selects numbers for your STR, DEX, INT, LUK. Mat, you need to get your INT and LUK to 4. Kira, you need to get your STR and INT to 4.
Kira&Mat: Why?
Ivy: If you want perfect characters, then do it. I'm doing the same thing Mat is doing.
Mat: Alright.
Both screens dissapeared. I touched the dice and it gave me random numbers, but not what I needed. I kept doing that for 10 minutes, until I finally got what I needed.
Voice: Please spell out your new Character's Name.
Mat: Capital K, capital H, m, a, s, t, a.
Voice: This name is available for use. Are you done with making your character.
Mat: Yes.
Voice: Welcome to MapleStory.
This helmet automatically put itself on my head. Then an eye visor covered my eyes...then...everything was black.
