I understand your math, I'm asking where you are getting the initial figure. The one that says 1million players spend $20 every 90 days.
And all nx users get nx clothing, pets, pet equips, and gachapons, every 90 days?
EDIT: http://www.nexon.net/NX.aspx?PART=/Etc/Careers. It says that they're hiring multimedia graphic designers to work 40 hours a week. I don't see how they can achieve 40 hours a week if they work 1 hour each day, especially when it says 9AM-6PM work hours.

Yes. You completely BSed half your data by assuming, you left out major places the revenue from NX cash goes to (maintaining the server farms, paying rent for a work space, etc).
Also,
- banning isn't simply pressing one button
- where did you get the number of employees Nexon has (besides assumptions)?
- I'm not even going to bother reading more of your post...
And this data comes from... ? Don't say common sense, because how many economic reports have you seen that say "Sources: my common sense"?
First off, they are hiring at the moment, like he said. These people are full time employees and are in need of more help. If you really think this company translated a game and magically everything else just falls into place, except for a few new designs, I mean, I don't know how to open your eyes.
Secondly, you're not making a bit of sense with your rationalization. How did you decide that 1million people who play GMS spend $20 every 90 days? I understand that's what you think the average cash shop buyer would spend, but where are you pulling this 1million from?
