Not having skills is kinda the whole point of the Perma Beginners. ;)
But Nexon would totally kill the whole point of the whole "beginner" class if they made it official with more beginner skills you could actually use.
The jobless noob isnt supposed to have any skills, thats what makes it hard to level and train. :3

vladekxbootes has warning lvl 9? I have never seen such a high one. The person is usually banned before we can even see the warning lvl.
No, not really.
I've never had anything else than Beginners, so I know how to train and spend the time with fun. I got one up to 85 in Kaede Nexon/Japan.
But back then I didn't know how to train them, so I messed up the stats with 120 dex and very low damage. So I remade one in Global.
I also edited the list.

JustinNoob did non-stop glitch party quest from 51-71 then he leeched from 71-75. I'm pretty sure he only trained 8% total of those level's, so personally I don't think he deserves a spot, but he is legit so. And 2Hearts1Lov3, I will add her later tomorrow when I update the list. Right now, I'm too tired.
