Wow, having a 195 i/l arch i imagine your attack to be way higher o.O
I have a perfectly 20%ed Estaff7, over 100% int, and 15% total damage... That range will produce max damage on buffed Chain Lightnings.
It doesn't get much higher without spending thousands of dollars.
Are you sure you understand what range means?
