It's not really her base LUK that is the issue, that character was made quite a while ago so I'll give her that, I'm more baffled of how low her range is despite having decent equipment.
Unless that wand is a sham or something.

Why does that matter? I don't think it's the amount of damage. She was created816 months ago (since I took a 8 mnth break from maple) and I use this wand.

No idea why this is, but it definitely explains the low range. She probably has no BoE or much magic attack beyond skills and the wand.

All of that gear should be socketed and potentialed.
Well, why Cliff is so baffled is because his Bishop at 120 has like almost 2k more than her range with like 3% int only I think he said.
A shield is my first priority. People who sell the prelude recipe, you can't use since it's already learned.
Your first priority should be getting small amounts of %int on as many pieces of gear as you can.
