Get one of those overrated Temper-pedic pillows I'm constantly seeing on early-morning info-mercials. They supposedly work. *shrugs*
I have two pillows. One is I guess your standard pillow, but of higher quality. The other is a Tempur-Pedic that was in my grandmother's closet for over a year, so it's pretty hard. The more I use it, the less stiff it becomes.
I generally just use the corner of my pillow and I use the Tempur-Pedic more often than the other one. I'll post more about how I sleep when I feel like it.
