2.1 bil is the max amount of mesos one character can hold, but not the max price of an item.
Didn't you see the ss where suuushi was paying for a 15 att wg for like.. 2 bil+ and a few ilbis?
Anyways, I'm pretty sure some people in ms have some charcters with max mesos.

one way you can play with that..
-have max amount of mesos
-set up a shop
- put a rare item for 1 meso
- a buyer comes in and can't buy it cause you can't hold any more money..
- noob gets mad and says "WTF HAX"
