The first image that you posted (probably generated from BannedStory) has a different hairstyle than the one that you saw in the game. It's slightly different. Look at it again.

Uhm...the one that you saw in the game is called Rise N Shine and it is available in Global MapleStory. Check the hairstyles list link from above to find out. The name is called Rise N Shine.
