Dex - 2x lvl or enough to hit current mob
Luk - 4

For an offlander - Keep raising 3 Str and 2 Dex till you've got around 60-70 base dex then raise pure str the rest. However, if you're funded, you might as well stop raising your dexterity at 40. You should add some AP into HP as well, but that's not important before around lv 60.

Dex And Strength...I'm currently working on a guide on my blog so I'll try and get it done ASAP for all you beginners who need help...basically you need a lot of strength but your accuracy has to be enough to hit monsters...tell me your current level and your stats and I'll see if I can at least tell you what to do for the next 5-10 levels.
i would put it on str
id put all my ap on str and maybe a little on dex:)
