I hate "just kidding" in any way or form. It basically means:
I completley meant what I said, but I don't want my ass to be pounded for saying it. Example:

People in my classes and on the internet use it all the time. If you have something to say, say it and don't be such a puss about it.

Luckily I never hear anyone else outside of my uber 1337 friends talk like this (and this speak is only used at 1337 times) Otherwise we talk like normal college kids getting our edumacation. Although I did walk onto an elevator once to a sorority bimbo talking about her "va-jay-jay"... Seems similar to your "jay-kay" problem (hell- its longer and cutesy and just wrong, and it includes "jay"), but I'll just attribute it to too much hazing and underage boozing.

This guy used to say acronyms in my Tech class, it was so annoying, how hard is it to laugh? And this year in history class, this really dumb girl always says "just kidding" when she gets a question wrong. If i get a question wrong, I just say "oh" and learn from my mistakes.
