Custom User titles

I think that Permanently Banned, Temporarily Banned, and Banned should be removed as custom user titles, as I'm currently confused who's actually banned and who's not. (Unless this was done/complained about already)

The ONLY problem I'm really annoyed by on the "Self Titles" is the whole "Banned" thing. There are so many people doing it, it's obnoxious, and I can't tell who is or isn't banned. I know the whole "check to see if you can PM them", but still, it's annoying. That should be censored as well.

But yeah, otherwise, I think it's great.
