Writing a story set in Maple severely limits my ideas. Even if I do get any, most of them don't even fit in, and the story will derail from the original game if I use them. I think this one's derailed far enough. Giant organic robots and battleships just don't fit in Maple.

I don't really think anyone would mind your story derailing from MS. afaik the fanfics have to be related to MS, so you could always change some more or less minor aspects... couldn't you?
I agree with publica, you could always do the reverse of what you did in LOA2 instead of going into maple via a necklace maybe something could happen to fuse earth with the current maple dimension, with the regualr humans trying to take on the demons and with reika and crew jumping into jelp. Could end up like world war 3
