Go to the sewers in Kerning City and enter the swamp. Now keep running to your right until you enter the map named "Dangerous Croko II", on this map you need to get to the hanging vines that are at the top left of the map. Climb each vine to the top and one of them will bring you to a Hidden-Street [Monkey Swamp or something]. Once inside the Hidden-Street press up on the door of the wooden cabin towards your right and you should be inside Monkey Swamp II.
The door of dimension is at the top of this map, so just enter it and kick ass - he's easy.
