Aghhh...you must be thinking about the Tesipa server on CMS and JMS...GMS used to have a Tespia server. In a Tespia server you level with every attack.

KMS also has Tespia. I don't think they're using it now though.

YES. They are. They use it to develop new stuff, ie. Pirate class, 4th job, new maps, etc.
If you mean it's not open, then you are correct. kMS is no longer accepting people into Tespia.

Yeah. They already have Pirates there, so I assume they won't be using Tespia for a while.
