Is KCPQ + LPQ + LMPQ the fastest way to third job for ANY class?

At what level do you get that "2 to 1" exp? and what class? I doubt a F/P Wizard for instance could get anywhere near that much exp, even at level 70. And please, tell us exp numbers, not just ratio. You might be giving an unfairly low estimate of LMPQ exp.
