Not really, but if you're getting some gaming gears, ventrilo is a must.
Well I ordered a g5 laser gaming mouse, and im looking for a good gaming headset for FPS, any suggestions?

Exelnt choice of a mouse. I have the G7, and I wish it would be a G5 instead. Of course, the G7 is great anyway, but still...
I have a Game Informer magazine which reviewed a bunch of great headsets. I will go upstairs and look for it.
P.S. If you are looking for a keyboard, the Razer Tarantula or Lycosa are great from what I hear.
Edit: For a mousepad, the fUnc sUrface 1030 Archetype is a masterpiece.
Edit: Try the Sennheiser PC 166. If that's too expensive, try the Plantronics .Audio 365. Turtle Beach also makes gaming headsets. I had no reason to color the products grey, but I did it anyway.
g7 is the cordless one right
I wouldn't splurge on a wireless mouse for gaming [especially FPS]. I would stick with a wired mouse with 1600 DPI or more. Extra buttons are pretty good too if you have some macros that need binding. I have a Razer Diamondback 3G. It's a pretty good wireless mouse, and you can pick one up at BB for around 40 bucks or so.
As for a headset, I own a Altec Lansing headset and it's doing great. It shouldn't cost too much, and the size is big enough to keep it on your head. This is what it looks like [this one was modded for a longer mic attachment, though]:
You've probably met and forgotten me before.
