wow,, i saw it in FM and i was like wow,,i heard you can forge it somewhere,, is that true and if it is,, then where and what items do u need to make it?

i beleve you need a crystal ilbis forging manual and a set of regular ilbis.

im falling behind on the iTCG stuff... In order to make thecrystal ilbi manual, you need to give Baricade a Ice shard and a Naricain Jewel. To make the crystal ilbi, you need a Crystal ilbi manual, 7 LUK crystals, and 1 dark crystal. Forging the crystal ilbi as of right now is glitched, and would normally require a ilbi, but you don't actually have to give ilbis to spindle to make crystal ilbis. This will probably be fixed next patch.. most likely, with the recharge glitch too.

Why are people selling this thing for 100 mil then? It doesn't even sound that hard to make to be honest, unless theres a % chance it might fail?
