Basically a list of all people who currently have a temporary ban (or a perm ban).

And Why they have it, so when someone gets banned, people could look on the list and they would know, instead of threads being made about the certain person.

The list will be a stickied thread up in a certain subforum.

Actually they could just make the usergroup viewable... which you then just click view forum leaders at the bottom of the index. This lists right now the admins and super mods, plus would automatically update the list.

By looking at that page I also looked at the members list, and there are hundreds of people who never posted.

The people that need to see it can. That is how it will stay. You do not need to know *why* someone was banned, only that they were. Anything else you get is a bonus.
