Well, if you release it at ch 1, the number of people there would definitely finish it. Plus, the guys that are above 45+ with good equips would be able to hit. Or not.

I think he meant summon in the CPQ zone, like where you do the fighting.

You can't open a bag anywhere in CPQ.
