Do we just tell people off?

I just saw this sub-forum today. (curiosity took me here)
All i see is people ranting on other people Ex. PheonixRider's Post of "The Band of Narutos and Sasukes".

I'm not saying telling people off is wrong, but is that the purpose of Hot Sands?

The purpose of hot sands is to bring up an issue with a user or users and solve the problem.

However, it's mostly used to complain about other users until they leave the forum.

Anyhow, yeah at one point this place was horrible and there was a thread for every little thing that a person did, thank god after a few inevitable side-effects it calmed down and now this place isn't as frequented (Thank God, it was annoying!)

Also, don't bring up that name, I had that bastard on my buddy list (He wouldn't stop adding me) and all he does is occasionally try and flame me so I get some lulz. Although it's probably someone from here posing :P

This section was pretty much made for people like Inderpaul, though we havent had much activity in here lately. I think we run off anyone who would turn into an incident a bit too early. Not that its bad or anything.
