Okay, an issue seems to be what constitutes a "legitimate" character. This is currently what I consider illegitimate:
1. Hacking/Botting
2. Partying/Leeching with a hacker (while they are hacking)
3. Hacking on a different character to fund your "legit" character
If anyone has ever used hacks on your character that gives you an unfair advantage over other players, that character is disqualified from this list.
If you have been Permanently Banned from the rankings on nexon.net, you are disqualified from the list.
