Computer Slow Starting up

Ever since my sis's gaia account got hacked, my computer has been running slow. (this is a laptop) When I turn it on and sign in, it takes from 20-45 mins to it actually fully load with out it freezing. Then I noticed one of the lights at the bottom turns solid for the first time.

Order of the Lights

Charger, Power, Battery, idk what it is but it looks like multiple cd's stacked up on each other, then floppy/cd.

I've checked for viruses, defrag'ed, checked the drivers for errors and nothing seems to work. Help plz.

I had that problem before too, my laptop took about 10minutes to start up. Turns out my hard drive was busted and I had to replace it.
