I see this too. It sure as hell looks blue, but it's actually a Pink Amoria Skirt. I've already NPCed it. But I'm 100% sure that it is a PINK Amoria Skirt. And the wierd part is, Pink Amoria Skirts don't exist. So I'm going crazy.

It's a Blue Amoria Skirt. That's a typo.
