Apparently Blizzard is going to announce a new game and they've put up some hints on their website. I kinda hope it's something new, but I wouldn't mind a new Diablo.

Warcraft 4, if you look at the first image... You can sorta see what resembles the rune stones and rune letters on a sword.

I was looking at the comments on digg and someone came up with this

Why 232309? If we assume that the numbers correspond to the letters in the alphabet we get 232309=WWI ... ring a bell? :-) World Wide Invitational

Anyway, if you look at the CSS file for the website, there is an image that has been commented out. The line reads:

the "hidden" picture is called 04.jpg. (http://us.media.blizzard.com/232309/_images/04.jpg ...
My guess is that tomorrow we'll see a picture called 09.jpg, then on Wednesday we see 01.jpg ....

Today is 04.jpg = D
if Tomorrow will be 09.jpg = I (if its not, maybe not diablo at all )
Wednesday will be 01.jpg = A
Thursday will be 02.jpg = B
Friday will be 12.jpg = L
Saturday will be 15.jpg = O (June 28 WWI 1st Day)
Sunday will be 3.jpg = 3 or three.jpg or whichever. = (June 29 WII 2nd Day, and once again, the B-day of Diablo)

Maybe I'm totally going out on a limb here, but we'll see.

I BLOODY hope it's Diablo 3. It's about time, too.

For the announcement of Starcraft 2 last year the timeline advanced every day of the week. Do you think the ice will chip off bit by bit to reveal a Diablo 3 logo the day they announce it at the WWI ?

Bah just read a few more and some people are thinking it's for WotLK. It seems to make more sense.

This is not Warcraft related. If you think it is Wrath of the Lich King, you are not a smart one.

Here is why:

-Blizzard already announced Wrath of the Lich King.
-Blizzard doesn't do their teasers unless it is a new game announcement.
-Blizzard has never done a teaser for any expansion to any game.
-Burning Crusade did not have a teaser.


Flame anyone below me who thinks its still Wrath of the Lich King releated.

Diablo will melt the ice away...
