    It doesn't change the color of your arrows. Let me explain. When you fire an arrow when you have mastery a red flash comes out, however the arrow is still gold (if you fired SA) and etc. However, I thought you needed max mastery for the flash to come out...

    alright, I got to lvl19 mastery (2nd job skills)
    and now it looks like a maple leaf

    and I never said the arrow color changed
    I said the trail/ shot changed

    Max: [(DEX * 3.4 + STR) / 100] * Weapon Attack
    Min: [(DEX * 0.9 * 3.4 * Skill Mastery) + STR] / 100 * Weapon Attack

    I've noticed mastery does change the color of some effects. Once mastery is at level 16 or higher, whenever you shoot a red effect appears in front of the bow. When an arrow is flying, there's a little trail behind it, that trail becomes closer to red as the skill is raised. That's how I can tell if someone raised thier mastery right.

    Well i never knew about the color differences either.
