Ok... I'll make the mule and powerlevel it to 10, then make my actual character, the main thing is to train at areas that give good meso and get 10% dex s rolls from kerning pq, even tho you will be selling them underpriced due to bad economy you can get to 1.5mil relatively fast.

Sigh... the mule is essentially a way of making sure the guild doesn't collapse.. Often a guild has trouble recuperating if the leader leaves and so forth (this has happened with HS Mardia and Broa unfortunately). Since no one actually has the leader account's info, the guild falls apart and must be disbanded by that person. By having a mule as the leader, if this ever happened, the account info would just be passed on to someone else (since we're going to give the info to cloud3z and saigo). Not only does that save a lot of mesos put into the guild, but allows for the guild to move on. Also, I'm fine with Rook making the guild thread, but I don't think it really matters (since only the first post really matters anyhow...)
