Requirements: Level 80 or over.
Must slay bigfoot twice.
Must slay headless horseman twice.
Kill serveral leprechauns.

You need to do all of lita lawless quests once - ie turn in one toe, one horseman head, one batch of clovers. You can complete the quest again (twice to get it out of the quest logs) but you only get the pendant the first time.
