Scrollin....Glowing item's

OK when you scroll item's they will soon have the glow around it.(mostly blue) How much do you have to scroll it to get the purple or yellow glow? Also how do you get your name in the item?

Yellow = 8/5 10 or 30%'s
Purple = 60%'s and some other scrolls in there.

You buy an NX item called Item tag and use it on whatever you choose.

The only real use I ever saw in a item tag if you scrolled a supergodly item, which happens rarely.
