To whoever said those cars are expensive, they aren't. Bush had actually put 2billion dollars towards finding a hydrogen powered car. (He has money in hydrogen), and they did it. The question now is whether he is buying the patents with this, and whether they are legally opensource now (since I believe government funding was involved but am not sure).
The next question to be begged is whether or not the government would immediately start releasing these cars, or rather the rights to them.
